At Auto Paint Canada, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and fees.
1. Shipping Methods and Options
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Depending on your location and preferences, you can select from the following delivery methods:
• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2-7 business days to most locations in Canada.
• Express Shipping: Expedited delivery, usually within 2-3 business days.
All delivery times are estimated from the moment your order is processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Rates
Our shipping costs vary based on the total weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your location. Exact rates will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. General shipping rate guidelines include:
• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $19.99 for most orders under 10 lbs.
• Express Shipping: Calculated based on order weight and distance.
• Free Shipping: On all orders over $300 within Canada.
Please note that additional fees may apply for oversized items or shipments to remote locations.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched, along with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
• Orders placed before 12 PM (MST) on business days are generally processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your shipping method and location. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
Shipping: 2-7 business days
Please note: Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. During peak seasons or special promotions, delivery times may take longer.
5. Tracking Your Order

6. International Shipping
Currently, Auto Paint Canada only ships within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned as we expand our services to additional countries in the future!
7. Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations, certain hazardous materials, including some types of automotive paint products, may be subject to specific shipping restrictions. If an item in your order is classified as hazardous, it may only be eligible for ground shipping and could require longer delivery times. These restrictions will be noted during checkout if applicable.
8. Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to receive the package, we will contact you to confirm the correct details. Additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the order. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we take every precaution to ensure safe and timely delivery, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
